Personal training is our flagship service and this is where we shine. Choose personal training as a way to get started with an exercise routine, to help you achieve ambitious fitness goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level, or simply because you work hard and you want the best! We will match you with the right trainer for your needs, and help you to create a schedule that works for you. Choose one weekly session as an anchor workout to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and attack your fitness goals with a no-excuses coach dedicated to help you be your best.

Youth and Team Training

​The workouts provided at Pinnacle Fitness are designed to work total body strength and conditioning while effectively teaching proper form and technique exercises. This will help set kids up for success in both for fitness testing and in life in general. This program is focused on helping kids become more fit in a fun and energetic environment while instilling moral values that are lacking in our society today. Kids will learn discipline, respect, and push themselves to become better, stronger individuals!
