At Pinnacle Fitness in Fairfield, CA, we help youth athletes unlock their full athletic potential. Our Youth Team Strength and Conditioning Program is designed specifically for middle school, high school, and club sport athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and more confident on and off the field.
Whether your athlete plays football, soccer, basketball, softball, track, or any other sport, our training builds a solid foundation in strength, agility, mobility, and injury prevention.
Our program is dedicated to enhancing the strength and conditioning of young athletes within an engaging and dynamic environment, while also fostering important moral values often overlooked in today's youth.

Coach Jeff and the Pinnacle team have decades of combined experience training youth athletes, helping them level up for the next season — or the next level.
Train with your team or join as an individual. We offer custom programming for school and club sports teams, as well as small group sessions.
