10 week Amrap program

You’re busy. I’m busy. We’re all too damn busy. We get it. Life happens. Between owning a business, raising kids,
and family time, there isn’t always a 90 minute block to make it to the gym. Everyone has 10 minutes a day!

No matter how much you love fitness, we are all in a bind for time and energy to focus on fitness. 

This is a bodyweight only exercise program designed for busy people who only have short blocks to squeeze in a training session with no gym in sight. Bodyweight only training programs are great for those that do not have equipment. Upper Body pulling exercises are the only movements that need a minor amount of equipment.

A pullup bar is reommended for vertical pulls (rings, barbell in a rack, tree branch or monkey bars at the park also work) and a bag you can fill with heavy books works pretty well for horizontal rows (use a dumbbell or kettlebell if you have access of course). Other than that you have everything you need already attached to you.
