During your first 1-on-1 assessment, one of our coaches will get you moving, learn about your fitness history and health & fitness goals. Then we’ll help determine and create a workout strategy that is personalized for you. No matter what fitness experience you have, our coaches will meet you where you’re at and make you feel at home! Most importantly, you’ll be introduced to the Pinnacle Fitness culture—a family of like-minded people who are passionate, knowledgeable and want you to reach your fitness goals!

Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities. These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. Most functional fitness contains multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion. It all comes down to being practical, but don’t mistake that for boring.

DEKAFIT by Spartan is the indoor DEKAthlon of Fitness for ALL levels. The DEKA Arena consists of 10 Functional Fitness Zones (aka DEKA Zones) all preceded by a 500 meter run (a total of 5k in distance… the most popular running distance in the world).


The DEKA MILE is exactly the same as the full DEKAFIt but the running is dropped down to only 160 meters after each zone, a total of 1 mile not the Full 5k distance.


Deka Strong is all 10 Deka Zones without any of the running!
