Why you're not making any progress on your goals.

I can not tell you how many people I am seeing with the start of mild depression at the very least and in some cases much worse.

During this covid-19 situation we have to distance from others but it doesn't mean you should completely withdraw interaction with your support groups. Unfortunately I am seeing this happening more and more often. 

I posted this in our private group last week and i received some very powerful messages from people about how they have been feeling. So I wanted nto share with everyone.

So here is is..

I have to address something that I'm seeing lots of people doing.

Stop being a snooze button!

The problem is you keep hitting the snooze button on LIFE.

You hit the snooze button you miss a workout.

You hit the snooze button you don't meal prep and don't hit your macros.

You hit the snooze button you miss getting that extra work done.

The snooze button is robbing you to live the life you want to live.

Yes even during covid-19 you can still be making progress towards your goals. Your mental health is being affected by this more then you even realize.

The snooze button is sabotaging your potential to reach GREATNESS, and be the best version that you can be.

Every workout you miss is the one workout that would have gotten you closer to where you want to be.

Every healthy meal you miss that is one meal that would have gotten you closer to where you want to be.

But you are too busy hitting the SNOOZE Button...

You have a Fit-Fam, a Tribe that has your back and gives you the support and motivation you need but you keep hitting the snooze button on your support....

Massive action is the only plan. The only plan that works.

Living a mediocre life convincing yourself that your to busy or what ever the excuse of the day may be is just living a mediocre life...

Somewhere deep down in the pit of your gut in your soul you want more out of life.

How do I know this? Because you wouldn't be stepping foot into Pinnacle Fitness if you weren't looking to change your life at some point...

Those that took that chance... guess what? They have transformed drastically while others....

well they are too busy hitting the snooze button....

You continue to Push the snooze button While others have decided to not become a statistic and are pushing to be better then yesterday and be Great tommorow.

Will you hit the snooze button again today? Or is today the day you dig deep and push yourself towards GREATNESS!
