Carbs before training

Do any of the following describe how your feeling?

Not feeling motivated to crush your workouts?

Crashing during your workouts?

Lack of energy/push or feel weak during or just after your workout?

Taking multiple days to recover?

Feeling like you lost a fight after your workout?

If you answer yes to any or all of those there is a reason and it's your nutritional strategy. If you want to perform at your best you need to get this strategy right.

Loosing weight and being "skinny" due to low calorie and low to No carb Diets will eventually become counter productive. The ugly true is it's just a matter of time before those diets fail you.

The recommended amount of carbohydrates and protein to take in before high intensity  or strength train is 30 to 45 grams of both carbs and protein, 60 to 90 minutes before your workout.

This is not opinion, this is what every USA national and Olympic athlete follows backed by the highest level sports and physiology science.

If you want to get your best strategy set up make an appointment and we can get you moving in the right direction With the correct strategy.

It is not a coincidence that all the top performers in every sport and in the gym are following very similar approaches and strategies.
