Ever been stuck in a "meh" workout routine or exercised super hard but felt like it did NOTHING? Not here! Kettlebell Club training is a fun, "smarter, not harder" workout for the win.

Our daily kettlebell programming is an awesome way to go to get your daily workout in! All workouts will center around the kettlebell but will include other movements as well.

Workout:
Part#1 - 5 Rounds
• 5 x Kettlebell Swing
• 5 x Kettlebell Snatch (L)
• 5 x Kettlebell Clean to Front Squat (L)
• -Swing to switch hands-
• 5 x Kettlebell Swing (R)
• 5 x Kettlebell Snatch (R)
• 5 x Kettlebell Clean to Front Squat (R)
Scale snatch to clean and press
(Complete left and right sides before putting bell down)

Part#2 - 5 Rounds
• 5 x Kettlebell Roll To Post (L)
• 5 x Kettlebell Roll To Post (R)
• 5 x Pull Ups
