Pinnacle fitness allows a one month/30 day membership hold in a calendar year.
Downgrading of current membership to a lower level membership
Any member can downgrade their current membership to a lower level membership if a lower membership is available. Pinnacle Fitness only allows for one membership downgrade per calendar year. If you are eligible for a membership downgrade you must follow the following steps.
All notices of intent to downgrade must be received no less then 14 days before your current membership is due to process.
If your notice of intent to downgrade is given with less then 14 days remaining of your current monthly membership, your downgrade will take effect the following month.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Pinnacle Fitness Gym membership, Pinnacle Fitness will allow you to cancel your auto pay membership with a 30 day notice, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Any Membership Cancellation must be received in wrighting 30 days before a cancelation will be processed. During the 30 Day cancellation period you are required to pay all current active membership fee's.
1. You must have met with a Pinnacle Fitness Coach or Advisor to complete your personal Fitness Profile within the first seven (7) days of your Membership Start Date (as fixed by Pinnacle Fitness); and
2. You must have Submitted in wrighting intent to cancel your membership to start the thirty (30) day cancelation policy.
3. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email within thirty (30) days from your Membership Processing Date.
4. During the 30 Day cancellation period you are still required to pay all active current membership fee's that may occur during the 30 day cancellation period.
5. After 5 Days of failed attemps to process your active current membership your 30 day cancellation notice will be void. If you fail to pay your current membership Fee's during the 30 day cancellation period your 30 day cancellation will be void and no longer accepted. Once the current membership fee's are paid and in good standing a New 30 day cancellation period will start.
Subject to the foregoing criteria, Pinnacle Fitness will Cancel your membership 30 days after receiving notice to cancel in wrighting. This Guarantee applies only to small group training memberships and does not apply to Personal Training services or to 30-day or less Guest, Companion or Visitor Passes. You will not be refunded any monies paid for a la carte services (including Personal Training, Meal planning, and Bootcamp), whether paid monthly, Prepaid, or Paid in Full, and any unused services term or sessions will be forfeited without refund upon cancellation of your membership. All refunds are subject to a $25 free.
