10 Week 20 Minutes a Day AMRAP Program with Nutrition Coaching!
How The Program Works!
We made the 10 Week 10 minute AMRAP program for the person that always says they dont thave the time to workout or go to the gym! You choose Either 20 minutes at once or two 10 minute sessions! Either way we all know that everyone has the ablitity to fit this program in and get it Done! You can use the timer/stop watch on your cell phone for the 10 minute timer!
You will have two 10 minute AMRAPs to do a day five days a week. You can decide what those five days are but we Strongly suggest that you plan to train Monday through Friday.
The workouts are only 10 minutes each! We suggest doing the workouts back to back but if you have to you can split them up and do one in the AM and the other in the PM, But you have to get them Done!
Along with your training sessions we will have a pro coach contact you to get your custom macros and meal plan built based on your goals. You will have 5 scheduled email or zoom check-ins during your program to help you reach your Goals!
