Riza's journey with Pinnacle Fitness began over 6 years ago. Initially, she had the goal of just simply getting healthier which in her eyes meant losing weight. Though she had always enjoyed "working out" which meant the standardized gym group classes she never imagined that it would lead her to reaching fitness goals that were not even in her vocabulary and now COACHING! RIza loves coaching because she sees it as a another of helping others . A Public Health Nurse with a background in Rehabilitation, she sees the value in keeping fit, achieving goals and helping others understand body mechanics. She has learned over the years, working out is more than achieving a number on the scale. It is about achieving and self care. She loves helping other discover that. In fact her favorite thing about coaching is seeing the look in the client's faces when they achieve something new or passing a FITRANX test. They begin to realize they are so much stronger physically but most importantly,mentally.
